1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Sure Shot Systems (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms outline the expectations for both parties, detailing the service, payment, and obligations.
2. Reasonable Efforts
Sure Shot Systems will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all service obligations. However, results may vary based on factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to changes in market conditions, industry shifts, or external economic factors. The Company will not be held liable for results beyond what has been explicitly guaranteed.
3. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sure Shot Systems, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the Client’s use of the lead generation system, including but not limited to actions resulting from misuse or misapplication of the system.
4. Non-Solicitation
The Client agrees not to solicit, hire, or engage any Sure Shot Systems employees, contractors, or agents directly for services during the term of this agreement and for a period of 12 months after the completion of services.
5. Data Privacy
Sure Shot Systems will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive Client data used during the development and implementation of the lead generation system. Client data will not be shared or sold to third parties without consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions related to these Terms & Conditions will be addressed in courts located in Delaware.
7. SMS Messaging Terms (18+)
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree that Sure Shot Systems LLC may send you text messages (SMS/MMS). These messages may include customer support and account/service communications (for example: appointment or call confirmations, reminders, project updates, and responses to inquiries), as well as promotional or marketing messages (for example: offers, follow-ups, and service updates), depending on what you opted into. Message frequency varies.
8. Opt-out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, opt in again through our website or other provided method.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
11. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
12. Age restriction
