When a homeowner nearby searches for what you do, Google shows four kinds of results. Our contractor marketing services get established home service companies into all four, and we show you where you stand every week.
Search "AC repair" or "plumber near me" and Google splits the page into four parts. Each part picks businesses by its own rules, so showing up in one doesn't put you in the others. We have one service for each.

Example: how the 20 spots might split across the four places.
Search Share is the percentage of those four result types where your business shows up for the searches that bring you jobs, across your service area. Say we track 20 searches across 4 result types, which makes 80 spots. If you're found in 20 of them, your Search Share is 25%. We measure it every week with the Sure Shot Local Rank Tracker, our own software, and send you the report.
We work through the four in a set order we call the LDC Framework, short for Layered Demand Capture: paid ads first because they're the fastest way onto the page, then the map pack, organic results and AI answers. Each new layer brings in calls with no click cost, so your blended cost per job comes down over time. That matters because ads keep getting pricier. LocaliQ's review of 3,211 US home services search campaigns (April 2024 to March 2025) found cost per lead went up for 69% of advertisers, by 10.51% on average.

All three plans are month to month with no setup fee. You can pause or cancel anytime by email, effective at the end of your current billing month, with no fee and no billing while paused. Each plan gives you a set number of sprints a month, and a sprint is one focused improvement, finished and live within the month. Every plan includes a weekly written report (what shipped, results, next bets and your Search Share) and a monthly strategy call with Ben where next month's sprints are chosen. Ad spend is separate, paid by you directly to Google or Meta.
26 leads and $11,030 in Google-sourced sales in March 2026 for a Bakersfield drywall contractor.

We run its Google Search Ads, Google Business Profile and website on the Starter plan. In March 2026, Google ads and organic results brought in 26 leads and 22 proposals. Ten closed, for $11,030 in sales, over 36% of the company's sales that month.

These kind of leads are high closers and good margins.

Our plans are $2,750, $4,500 or $8,700 a month, month to month with no setup fee, plus the ad spend you pay Google directly. They include 1, 3 or 6 sprints a month. One-time fixes start at $497 for a Visibility Audit.
Contractor marketing is the work that gets a trades business found and chosen by homeowners. Our part of it is Google: ads, the map pack, your website and AI answers, with your Search Share reported every week.
We don't manage Local Services Ads. We run Google Search Ads with location assets, which you pay Google for directly, and our Google Ads page explains how the two differ.
You do. Your Google Ads account, Google Business Profile, website and data are in your name and stay with you if you leave.
The free Demand Gap Snapshot scans your service area across all four places: a map pack grid, whether you show up in ads, organic results and AI answers, and the top 3 fixes we'd start with. No call is required.
