Sure Shot Systems has two divisions. Our Services division works with home service companies across the US, usually doing $1M to $10M a year with 5 to 50 people, on hiring techs, turning past customers into maintenance plan members, getting found on Google and answering every call. Our Software division builds the Sure Shot Local Rank Tracker and Sure Shot Cited for local SEO agencies, freelancers and in-house marketers.

We built our tools for our own client work first. To show a client where they stand, we needed to see all four places on Google across their whole service area, every week, so we built the Sure Shot Local Rank Tracker to do it.
Then other agencies asked if they could use it. Today the same Local Rank Tracker that agencies pay for runs every one of our client accounts. Sure Shot Cited came about the same way: it writes the articles we publish for our clients, with every claim sourced, in the client's voice, built so AI answers can cite them.
Ben has spent 20+ years growing local businesses, including his own. He has founded and exited three companies, so he knows what a slow month feels like from the owner's chair.
Ben created the LDC Framework (Layered Demand Capture), the method we use to get home service companies found on Google. We start with ads for speed, then build the map pack, organic results and AI answers so the cost of each job comes down over time.
How the LDC Framework worksHe still takes every sales call himself, and clients work with him directly after they sign.

I appreciate the transparency and all you are doing.
